Agreement with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation to Exercise the Authority
permitted under Division (D) of Section 4973.17 of the Ohio Revised Code;
to set forth Standards and Criteria governing the interaction and cooperation
between Police officers for the Hospital and Police Officers in the City of
Beachwood, Ohio to permit the Cleveland Clinic Police Department within
such areas of the City as may be authorized by the City's Chief of Police; and
declaring this to be an urgent measure
